Managing Meetings


Effective meetings move objectives forward, information can be discussed by all members of the meeting in a transparent manner, decisions are taken which involve a consideration of everyone’s points of views, and all participants are left with a sense of accomplishment. Successful meetings prioritize time and points of importance, focus on the agenda of objectives and include all participants in the process. An unsuccessful meeting, however, leaves everyone feeling frustrated, thinking that it was a waste of time, unproductive, and that nothing was achieved.
